Film director Maysoon Pachachi’s extraordinary documentary on a remarkable photography project – Open Shutters Iraq. A group of women, from five cities in Iraq, live and work together in Damascus; returning to Iraq to shoot hundreds of photographs, each imbued with the sharp emotional truth of lived experience.
